PLASMABED MATTRESS WARRANTY
20 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Plasmabed mattresses have a Manufacturers Warranty.
Mattresses are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase.
Manufacturer will repair or replace your mattress if defective in material/workmanship, excluding specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Plasma pressure-relieving material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature-aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
Manufacturer will either repair or replace your mattress if found:
(a) defective in workmanship & quality
(b) against collapse & product deterioration.
(c) we do not warranty against mold, mildew, or damage caused by spills/dirt or other causes from misuse by owner.
This warranty applies to any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that allow a visible indentation that exceeds (.075) of an inch/1.88 mm not associated with the foundation.
The terry cloth cover is warranted for two years against faults in material or workmanship.
All warranty claims will be handled at place of purchase.
Warranty applies after five years until 20 years from date of purchase, charging you 1/15 of the current selling price at the time of adjustment times the number of years owned.
Plasmabed reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if identical material is not available at the time of warranty service request. We suggest Plasmabed mattresses be placed on a suitable ventilated base. Mattresses cannot be flipped but should be spun every 6 -8 weeks end to end. Transportation is the responsibility of the purchaser and is additional to any prorated charges. Warranty does not apply to covering material or protective coatings. Should service be required the warranty will be void if on inspection the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition or has received obvious abuse.
Warranty is good for the original purchaser only & must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt, do not ship or return without first obtaining a warranty service number. You may contact customerservice@plasmabed.com.
This warranty must be presented with original bill of sale if service is required at some future date. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
