Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

Most sleep accessories like pillows and sheet sets bought online can be exchanged or returned at one of our stores within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup. To qualify for the exchange or return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received. You will need to provide the original sales receipt. If you opt for an exchange or refund, the original payment method will be used (shipping fees excluded). If the new item you select is more expensive, you'll be responsible for covering the price difference. If you prefer not to visit our store for the return, please get in touch with our Customer Service team for assistance.

Please note that products available exclusively online are not eligible for in-store exchanges or returns. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. For mattress and box spring exchanges, please refer to our 100-night Comfort Guarantee.

In-Store Purchase Exchanges

Most sleep accessories, such as pillows and sheet sets, are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of your in-store purchase or 30 days of pickup or delivery. To qualify for the exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it was purchased. Simply visit any Plasmabed location near you, and our team will be happy to assist you. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you'll be responsible for covering the price difference. Receiving and Exchanging Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of the delivery, and they will help resolve the issue to ensure your peace of mind.

Exclusions

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any furniture items, including lifestyle bases and bed frames, or for items already discounted.

100-Night Comfort Guarantee

You have 100 nights, from the day your mattress is delivered or picked up in-store, to try it out in the comfort of your home and make sure it's the right fit for you. If not, you can exchange it for one of our other mattresses, hassle-free, at any Plasmabed location. All you need to do is stop in and start the we'll deliver your new selection right to the inside of your door with our Free Standard Delivery or you can choose to upgrade to White Glove Delivery at checkout, which includes delivery to the room of your choice as well as setup and assembly of your bed. We will remove your old mattress, base and/or boxspring as well as all excess packaging.

Exchange Details

We are able to confidently offer an exchange only, due to our vast expertise and product selection, and are confident we have the perfect bed for you. There is a $79 Exchange Fee to cover the delivery of the new product, plus the pick-up of your exchanged mattress. In addition, you will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s).

Mattress Warranty: Self-Assessment

We offer a convenient and simple online warranty where you can conduct a self-inspection and upload the pictures onto our website. In order to complete the online warranty you will need the following tools. Click on our FAQ's for more information.

  • Digital Camera
  • Ruler or measuring tape
  • Yardstick, broom or a similar long and straight object

Once you have completed the pre-assessment and feel that your bed meets the warranty criteria, give us a call at1-800-736-7292and we will set you up online to submit your assessment.
